Before moving into the legal sector, Jessica worked for many years as a mental health support worker, supporting people to live independently. She found it very rewarding knowing she was helping to give people a voice and decide what they wanted from their lives.
She has also previously worked at a private dental practice, before deciding to start a family.
Jessica joined Medical Solicitors to continue in a role that still has a caring aspect. Her job here involves speaking with clients and making that initial contact with people who have enquired about making a medical negligence claim.
Since starting with us, Jessica has discovered an interest in clinical negligence and all things legal. She is now thinking about a long-term career in law and can see herself working towards becoming a solicitor.
How Jessica likes to spend her spare time
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, reading and being out in nature with her young family. She is huge cat lover, big fan of all things Halloween and full of fun history facts, having gained a history degree from the University of Sheffield.
