Lynsey has over 10 years experience advising clients on a range of medical negligence claims, providing clear, efficient and friendly advice.
She has previously secured six figure settlements for some clients. However, she also understands that the psychological impact of injuries sustained as a result of negligence can often affect clients more than the physical injury itself, and aims to support and empower clients through the legal process.
Lynsey studied law at the University of Hull and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in York, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014. Lynsey has worked within a specialist team at a regional law firm in Hull for the past 10 years and has been recognised in the Legal 500 for over 4 years due to the positive feedback provided by her clients.
When Lynsey heard that we were opening an office in her local city of Hull, she was keen to join a firm specialising solely in clinical negligence.
