We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join us in our Sheffield Office.

We are a growing team, expanding across the region with offices in Sheffield, York and Hull.
You’ll be joining a team of like-minded individuals passionate about ensuring those who have suffered life-changing injuries, through no fault of their own, receive the compensation they deserve in order to lead a more independent life.
Your role
You’ll join us as a Receptionist/Legal Administrator, providing full administration support to the Clinical Negligence Department.
Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Receiving external calls and ensuring that they are handled professionally and appropriately and transferred to the relevant individual where necessary. You will provide a highly organised and competent telephone operator service both internally and externally on all aspects of telecommunications.
- Answering the office telecom and dealing with any visitors to the office, including clients and deliveries.
- Speaking to prospective new clients, taking full initial instructions and attendance notes and pass to the screening fee earner(s).
- Working in accordance with and promoting the business values set out in our core values.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post to the office, ensuring that post is delivered to the post office each day.
- File openings in relation to new cases.
- Organisation & general upkeep of office environment.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Fee Earner/Director.
What are we looking for from you?
- A commitment to ensuring you are doing everything that you can to provide the upmost level of support to your clients both internally and externally.
- A pro-active, can-do approach – take a forward-thinking approach in everything you do.
- You should be a team player.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a legal environment would be advantageous, however not essential.
